Over half of Britons believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead, according to recent research published ahead of the easter weekend.

- 57% of respondents believe that Jesus was executed by crucifixion, buried and rose from the dead
- 68% stated that they believe in some form of life after death
- 13% of those questioned said that they believe Jesus Christ never existed
The research was conducted between 22nd and 24th of February. 1107 British residents were interviewed and the full findings of the survey can be found here.
